Testing out character art first. Still need to tweak it a bit, i changed levels, saturation, added high pass layer set to overlay, added glowing edges filter set to Screen, added diffuse filter and oil paint. For both I added a new layer and instead of changing opacity of the entire layer I used a mask and painted with different opacity brushes so you can control the effects on specific parts of the image. For instance most of the time it changed the face too much so I only have the effects on there very very slightly and stronger on the clothing.

Got some more characters done and couldnt find a high res version of the logo so traced a path for it.

Messing around, found this background on pexels and edited out a person who was on the road and yellow markers on the side of the road. added the police car with Odenkirk next to it.

I like how it looks, but it needs more. Ill have to mess with it.
Also noticed the "F" in the title is a little wonky on one side, but I think I'll let it slip haha
