There's a scene in the movie where they are implanting a device in the main guy's neck and I have a screenshot of it but the size and quality doesn't quite work for what I wanted to do. So looked for random X-ray photos until I found one that I think will work for the cover.

Adding the surgical instrument from the screenshot and the implant from another screenshot
Added some overlays and colors too.
Created some white space as inspired by Antistatics covers lol

Messing around with different pictures I have, not sure yet if I like this composition or if I want to highlight the X-ray more like in the previous pic, but figured I'd show where it's at now. If I do keep something like this I'll have to smooth out the transitions between the pics a bit more, there's a few smokey overlays in between them but still see some harsh lines.

Think I prefer less pictures, maybe save some for the back. It makes the x-ray and implant more the focus.
